Once the desired product has been identified, click on the "ADD TO CART" button, the Cart page will then be displayed where you can view the status of the selected products. At this point you can continue with the selection of other products by clicking on the "Continue Purchasing" button or proceed with the purchase by clicking on the “Checkout" button. A series of steps will then follow to fill the information relating to: the purchase method, the billing and/or shipping address, the delivery method, the type of payment. During these steps just fill in the required fields and click on the "Continue" button. Finally, you will arrive at the Check Order in which a summary of the data entered so far will be displayed. If there are errors, correct them as well, otherwise complete the purchase procedure by clicking on "Send Order".
The cost of standard shipping (home delivery by courier) amounts to € 5.49 including VAT throughout the Italian territory. Alternatively, it is possible to choose, at the cost of Euro 8.00 including VAT, the "scheduled delivery" option which allows the Bartolini courier to contact you before delivery, agreeing on the day and if possible the time. You can also choose the “free deposit” delivery method, at a cost of Euro 5.49 including VAT, if you prefer to collect your purchases directly from the nearest Bartolini point. We inform you that the cash on delivery method involves an additional cost of Euro 2.42 including VAT.

Yes, the staff will promptly remove the out of stock products from the website. In any case, whenever the out of stock product is still visible, the word "Out of Stock" would replace the "Add to cart”, making it impossible to purchase the product.

The contents of the shipment can be changed until the package has been forwarded to the courier, which happens on average at 1 PM on each working day. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 15 working days after receiving the package. The customer will also have to return the shipment at his own expense. Once the customer description has been completed, the full price paid will be returned. IperCleaner uses the Express service of the Bartolini express courier.
It is possible to receive the package anywhere in the Italian territory, including islands.

When the recipient is absent, the driver leaves a notice form with an invitation to contact the local point to arrange a new delivery. Within the next 24 hours, a second delivery attempt is made. Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, telephone contact is attempted if it’s possible. In the event of a negative outcome, the package will be placed in storage.
Of course, it is possible to deliver the package wherever you want. If, on the other hand, you find it difficult to receive the package in a certain place, you can pick it up at one of the Bartolini points in the country, by selecting the stop deposit option during the purchase operations.
